The DOCSIS® 3.0 initiative allows cable operators to take advantage of the extra capacity enabled by the initiative’s channel bonding technology in order to offer Ultra-Broadband services. Operators can protect their investments in existing assets while leveraging existing CMTS/edge router platforms.
